2. What we collect

When you lodge an enquiry or engage our services, we may collect your name, contact details, date of birth, employment and income information, financial position, identification documents and details about the finance you are seeking. We only collect information reasonably necessary to arrange or manage credit on your behalf.

3. How we use it

You may opt out of marketing at any time.

4. Who we share it with

To arrange finance, we disclose relevant information to lenders and lenders mortgage insurers, our aggregator and licence holder, credit reporting bodies (only as part of a loan application you authorise), your professional advisers where you instruct us to, and regulatory or government bodies where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Credit information

If you proceed with a loan application, the lender may obtain a credit report about you. We will always seek your consent before a credit check is performed as part of an application. This website's enquiry form does not trigger any credit check and does not affect your credit file.

6. Storage and security

Your information is held securely in electronic systems located in Australia or with reputable cloud providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we destroy or de-identify information when it is no longer required by law.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details on this website. If you believe we have breached the APPs, you may complain to us directly; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

8. Placeholder notice

This policy is a template prepared for the launch of this website and should be reviewed and customised by Possible Finance Pty Ltd and updated with its Australian Credit Licence or credit representative details once those arrangements are finalised before relying on it as a compliance document.
